Private updates
Joining the Counterflow updates list is optional and separate from making an enquiry. We will ask you to confirm your email before adding it. Every marketing email will provide a way to unsubscribe, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to host this website and deliver email. This includes Resend, which processes email addresses and messages for delivery. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes described here, legal obligations, or legitimate business records. We take reasonable steps to protect it, although no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
